Acknowledgment of Country

The Geraldton Universities Centre respectfully acknowledge the Yamatji Nation Peoples who are the Traditional Owners and First People of the land on which we live, work and learn.

We pay our respects to the Elders past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of the Yamatji Nations Peoples.

The Hollomby Foundation

The Hollomby Foundation supports GUC and Mid West students to fulfil their dreams, building the capacity of our region.

Regional University Study Hub Network

The GUC was Australia’s first regional university centre and is a founding member of the Regional University Study Hub (RUSH) Network. RUSHs help students in regional, rural and remote areas of Australia participate and succeed in tertiary education through the provision of support and facilities.  GUC is supported by the Australian Government through the Regional University Study Hub program.
