STUDENT CARD(Required)

I will not provide my student card to any other party to access GUC's 24 hour study hall and should I lose my card, I will notify GUC as soon as practicable to ensure security of facilities and to receive a replacement card.

PHOTOCOPYING(Required)

I agree to act in accordance with Australian legislation to not photocopy more than 10% of any given text in relation to study needs. (A copy of the Australian Copyright Council information sheet is provided in the library.

LAPTOPS(Required)

I agree to be fully responsible for, and will reimburse all reasonable costs to the GUC for any loss or damage to a laptop I borrow.

I will not use the GUC laptop for any purpose other than my personal university study. Under no circumstances will I use the laptop for commercial interests, to download large files unrelated to my studies (e.g. movies) or inappropriate content, or allow any other person to use the laptop while it is registered to me.

It is my responsibility to return the laptop or any other GUC IT equipment, to GUC staff.

LIBRARY(Required)

I agree to be fully responsible for any reasonable costs to the GUC should I cause damages or loss to a GUC library book.

I understand current text books are on CLOSED RESERVE and must be read in the library, or checked out at reception for use elsewhere on the GUC campus, and returned by 4:30pm the same day.

Books other than closed reserve can be loaned for a period of up to one week, and must be checked out via the GUC reception.
