Director
manages the Geraldton Universities Centre. Overall
responsibility for budgeting and expenditure, working with
universities to offer courses, liaising with partnering
organisations, marketing and forward planning.
Student Services and Administration
advises students and potential students on courses of study, entry
requirements and enrolments. Provides advice and support to
students in a range of areas including financial issues, study
skills, library access and other services. Provides support to
academic staff as required.
Finance
is responsible for the day to day operation of the office area
including bookkeeping, ordering stock, payroll and financial
reporting.
Administration
provides administrative support to Centre staff. Assists students with
general administrative enquiries.
Reception
Responsible for all front desk and telephone enquiries and general
office duties.
